The course must be 300-level or higher and must be a free elective or liberal arts elective only. At least 12 credits must be 300 level or above. If a students prior institution used a different credit hour system, credits accepted for transfer are converted to semester hours, e.g., credit from institutions on the quarter-hour system is converted to semester hours using the formula of one quarter-hour equals 2/3 semester hour.
